Our first ever VisPa challenge is coming in May 2015! A team of hikers will walk through fields, mountains and rivers in rain, snow or shine from Glenariff Forest to Portstewart Strand. The trek will take place over 3 daysand 2 nights and is not for the faint hearted.
The hikers will be raising awareness and money for new sleeping quarters and shower block in the orphanage at VisPa.
Hikers will be expected to take part in training (each hiker will be given the opportunity to train together; a schedule will be provided) and have their own equipment including hiking boots, tent, waterproof clothing, torch, cooking utensils, sleeping bag/ mat and water bottle.
