19 Novices from Ahoghill, Ballymena and Newtownabbey are attempting to climb to Everest Base Camp from 6th- 21st October 2018 at an altitude of 17594ft.
The aim is to raise funds for a new Primary School at Vispa Emmanuel School and Orphanage in Kisumu, Kenya, which will benefit 300 needy children from that area.
